This notice covers the PinWin Golf marketing website and its current email signup request form.

Email signup requests
The updates form asks for an email address, an optional first name, and your consent to receive news and release emails. It prepares a message in your email application addressed to hello@pinwingolf.com. You must send that message to submit your request.
The form does not automatically add you to a mailing list or create an app account. The website does not save your form details in browser storage. Your email provider processes the message when you send it, and PinWin receives the details included in that message.
How your request is used
Your request is intended to let PinWin respond and provide the news and release updates you asked for. To withdraw your request or ask to stop receiving updates, email hello@pinwingolf.com.
Website services
This site is hosted through Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Visiting the site can send ordinary connection information, including an IP address and browser request information, to those services. The website code does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Changes and questions
This notice must be updated when the signup system or website services change. It does not replace the privacy information applicable to the PinWin app. Contact hello@pinwingolf.com with questions about a website request.
